rev, 1 vaccine is one of the best and the most valuable vaccines that is planed to preserve and control of the goat and sheep brucellosis, it has been proved by international valid organizations including FAO , OIE, W.H.O. , and its effectivness is proved in Iranians and different climates by country researches with cooperation of W.H.O., by beginning of production and vaccineation of Rev.1 vaccine, the epidemy rate of the disease is reduced from 45% to 1/8% . Because of its importance and three to four moths limitation. the date of its expiration and the possibility of retaining it more than this period is according to the formal resources of W.H.O. The purpose of my study is to increase the validation of vaccine by means of emphasizing the lyphilization. To disapprove the fault, nine kind of preservative materials in two different volums and also three various ways of lyphilization that seems to be able to increase the time of preservation more than 2 month, were provided and evaluated . One of the most important finding of this research is that the best preservative material for Rev.1 vaccine is the formulatrion contains Back to cziton 2/5%, sakarouse 5%, Alylotamic 5% and the main problems of the preservation of vaccine is the process of lyiphilization that should be improved. The findings of this research indicates that the time of solidification of vaccine with the process of lyphilization , and old machine systems can not be acessed to international standards and reduction of vaccine in lyphilization process is from 50% to 70%, besides , the period of preservation of vaccine in liquid form in 4°c degree has a vis-à-vis relation with the solidification of vaccine after lyphilization . The most important result is that the complete doze of Rev.1 vaccine with the mass of 2×109 and the reduce doze of Rev.1 with the mass of 1×1016 and humidity of 1-2% can be used for more than 6 months .
