In order to find corn hybrids with high yield and the best drought tolerance, 7 corn hybrids were planted in four irrigation regimes , normal irrigation, water stress at growth stage , water stress at flowering stage and water stress at grain filling stage for 3 years in Moghan. Split block experiment was carried out with three replications based on random block completely experiment design. Traits such as plant height, ear height, number of rows on ear, number of grains on rows, 1000 grains weight, days to anthesis, days to silking, grain yield with 14%moisture, days to physiological maturity, anthesis silking interval (ASI) … were measured. The result of variance analysis showed significant deference between irrigation regimes at 1% level. Highest grain yield obtained from normal irrigation while the lowest yield was belonged to water stress at flowering stage. Based on normal and water stress conditions yields and STI index, SC720 & SC704 hybrids were best tolerant to water stress at growth stage and SC647 & SC704 water stress at flowering stage & water stress at grain filling stage. Finally, SC704 hybrid with highest grain yield both normal irrigation and water stress conditions could be introduce the best drought tolerant hybrid to water stress conditions.
