Main macroeconomic indicators of Latvian economy show fast growth especially after integration into EU. Growth indicators signalize about possible overheating of economy. The main goal of article is to analyze theoretical and practical aspects of overheating indicators, analyze macroeconomic indicators of Latvia and Baltic States. Overall economic growth of Latvian economy highly depends on demand side and world economic development. Rising resource prices in world market, rising domestic prices and correction in real estate sector means slower economic growth for Latvian economy in next year’s.
