During from 2004 till 2007, investigations on weed count and species dynamic carried out on the Training and Research Farm Vecauce of LUA in the certificated organic field in the 6 field crop rotation. Total square of crop rotation field was 12 ha, each field average size - 2 ha. The counting of weeds has been carried in two times during vegetation period. Conclusions: (1) the obtained data on sowings weediness can serve than material for comparison of weed species and density in the 6 field crop rotation period, using organic agricultural systems. For this purpose we need to carry out investigations at least for one crop rotation period, i.e. 6 years. Therefore, for full cycle of investigations and complete analysis still need 2 years; (2) in the 4th year of organic crop rotation, as shows before crop harvesting carried out investigations, have been increased short-life weed count almost in all crop rotations fields, excluding clover and timothy mixed, where it is a little than in the first year of crop rotation. A count of perennial weeds have been increased in clover and timothy mixed and in triticosecale sowing in comparison with the first year of crop rotation, in the other crop rotation sowings it was less; (3) changing clover and timothy mixed with triticosecale, count of Barbarea vulgaris ssp. Arcuata greatly have been decreased. Therefore in organic farming system the Barbarea vulgaris ssp. arcuata can control by soil cultivation and change of crop with different production technology.
