The author introduces with the sociologist Erving Goffman's works and cognitions. The author of the article describes a dramaturgical approach of human behaviour in society, particularly in business and education environment. In Goffman's framework, the social arena is the “theatre stage”. Therefore, parents can help best of all upbringing such properties as belonging, possibilities of self help, significance of self-consciousness and courage to act in children.
