The paper presents the results of a research on studying the influence of the RIN, NOR and ALC mutant genes, in homozygous and heterozygous states, on the variability of phenological stages at tomato (Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.). In comparison with common cultivars, the heterozygous state for the NOR, RIN and ALC genes induced the prolongation of vegetative period: 9-11 days (nor), 3-6 days (rin), 8-10 days (alc). The three-factorial ANOVA/MANOVA analysis of the influence of maternal, paternal genotypes and meteorological conditions of the year and their interaction on phenological developmental stages in F1 hybrids heterozygous for the RIN, NOR and ALC genes, revealed that meteorological conditions exerted the greatest influence on the variability of this character (82.30 percent), while the influence of maternal genotype was 8.59 percent; the combined influence of paternal genotype and meteorological conditions was 3.88 percent. In the NOR and ALC heterozygotes a delay of fruit maturation stage was registered: 2-13 days(NOR); 9 days(ALC). Due to this fact, early yields were reduced. Meteorological conditions had the most significant influence on this character (42.28 percent), while the interaction of the maternal and paternal genotypes - only 24.09 percent; the influence of maternal genotype was of 15.20 percent and that of paternal genotype - 12.29 percent.
