Usefulness of various biological additions for ensiling green fodder of alfalfa

When using preparations for ensiling alfalfa, it was observed that the protein degradation degree decreased. Milk acid content rose in obtained silage (particularly in the case of the D2 and D3 preparations). There were no changes in the energy value of silages of alfalfa and the aerobic stability of silages of alfalfawas good. The microbiological additive containing cellulolytic enzymes (D2) and Lactobacillus buchneri (D3) increased the content of protein digestible in the small intestine
