The aim of present study was to determine the nutritive value of diets for growing-finishing pigs containing various cereal species and supplemented with exogenous feed enzymes as well as with protein concentrate G (grower)/F (finisher) enriched with crystalline lysine, with a high content of OO-rapeseed meal and legume seeds. Growing-finishing pigs were fed complete diets containing wheat (W) or triticale (T) grain and protein concentrate G/F. Diets were supplemented with an enzymatic preparation containig beta-xylanase, beta-glucanase, pentosanase, hemicellulase and pectinase. The digestibility of protein and energy, nitrogen retention and utilization, serum concentrations of glucose, urea and total protein as well as fattening results were estimated. It was found that cereal species and the addition of feed enzymes affected the digestibility of protein and energy contained in experimental diets. Lower digestibility of protein and energy was recorded in pigs fed diet T, compared to those fed diet W. The serum concentrations of glucose, urea and total protein were also lower in the former group. There were no significant differences in nitrogen retention and utilization depended on cereal species. However, an improvement in the utilization of digested nitrogen was observed in pigs fed diet T. Diet (T and W) supplementation with feed nzymes enabled to improve nutrient digestibility and nitrogen metabolism, and to increase the serum concentrations of glucose and urea. Slightly higher production results were achieved in the group fed diet T, compared to the group given diet W. Better fattening results were obtained when diet T was supplemented with feed enzymes
