The aim of the study was to determine the effect of copper in various chemical forms, applied as a supplement to water, on the content of mineral components in the droppings of turkeys and on changes in blood hematological and biochemical indices. The experiment was carried out on three groups of turkey-toms of the BUT-9 type, and the differentiating factor was copper supplementation in the amount of 50 mg Cu/cubic dm H2O, in the form of CuSO4 and Cu chelate with lysine. The analysis of the obtained results showed that copper supplementation caused an improvement in blood hematological indices, a decrease in the levels of uric acid and triglycerides, as well as an increase in the Mg content of plasma. A decrease in plasma Cu concentration and a significant increase in the Cu content of dropping were noted in the group that received CuSO4
