This article informs about testing and certification requirements concerning solar collectors introduced to Polish market by domestic and foreign suppliers on the basis of the act of the Polish Parliament of the 30.08.2002, with change of system conformity assessment. The article informs also about the rules of the conformity assessment system for solar collectors made by the Certification Body IBMER ZJN Warsaw with taking into consideration the requirements obliged in EU
