The aim of this scientific paper is to point on momentarily condition of Serbian management perceived through all problems and deficiencies which are shown in business and production of health food on one side and on all deficiencies of management in the frame of agricultural and food-production on the other side. There are shown in the work modern ways of business which are illustrated through one modern management access which use successful world company in own production. There are detailed working out all deficiences of our management staff as a problems of direction in frames of agricultural and food-production. The use of this modern management can be of essence importance for further development of Serbian companies and farm which are on cross way.
