Frozen vegetables represent nutrition of high quality in regular food consumption, because it has important nutritious values. Significance of frozen vegetables is, among all, the fact that freezing effectively preserves all vitamins. Basic aim of this research is to comprise demand and consumers preferences for the frozen vegetables. Data gathering has been done by pool taking on simple, accidental sample, on the territory of Novi Sad, Serbia. Given answers are indicative enough and they are implying to basic factors which should determine the placement of frozen vegetables.
