Efficiency of using muttsenzyme compositions in rye based concentrates for broiler chicken

The trial was performed on 9 groups of 80 broiler chicken, each during age periods of 1 -28 and 29-49 d. The concentrate for control and experimental groups contained 10, 15 and 20% of rye which substituted barley. The control groups were fed concentrate without enzymic preparation and experimental groups were fed concentrate enriched by multienzymic compositions (MEC) which were composed of cellulolytic (CL), amylolytic (AL) and pectinolytic (PL) enzymes: MEC-1 and MEC-2 dose 0.2% of concentrate mass. Digestibility and utilization of main feed constituents were studied at the end of second age period, then chicken were killed and probes of tissues (blood, liver, muscles), feeds and excrements were taken for biochemical analysis. Addition of MEC-1 and MEC-2 to concentrate with 10% of rye caused the increase in protein digestibility by 15.1 and 3.14%; with 15%) of rye -by 12.55 and 7.69%; with 20% of rye - by 42.67 and 2.90% respectively. Addition of MEC-1 and MEC-2 to concentrate with 10, 15 and 20% of rye caused the increase in cellulose digestibility by the factor 3.8; 5.9 and 4.7 respectively. The data obtained showed high efficiency of using addition of MEC-1 to concentrate with rye content up to 20% for broiler chicken.
