Important aspects of using the warning agents in production of Salmon fish caviar

The fishing industry is considered a strategic branch in social an d economic development of Russia. It is supposed by ensure food and national safety of the country, the improvement of quality of life of the Russians. The main delivered by the Government of Russia is stuffing the home market with the domestic fish products. Indicator of productivity of the fish industry is ubiquitious provision of the Russians with safe and high quality fish products in wide assortment.During many centuries a conclusive brand of Russia and its fish industry is red caviar, the caviar of Salmon fishes. However the use some chemical preservatives in salmon caviar production during the last years, has created serious and specials problems as for the management of the Federal Fishing Agency, of the fishing companiesand enterprises, as well as for the business and consumers of this delicious product. These problems should be promptly solved. The author suggests to carefully study some food supplements which do not only change caviar tastes, but also negatively affect the health
