The project was cooperation of six partners in food production chain - from farm to table. Emona Research and Development department have many years of experience on this research area. In the project we have jointed some actors in production chain and offered new functional food products to the market. In the article we present the steps on the way of functional food products development - enriched pork and enriched edible eggs - from nutritional experiments to the market presentation.
