The determination of amprolium, diclazuril, halofuginon, maduramycin, monensin, narasin, robenidine and salinomycin in concentrates, premixtures and feedstuffs, in particular feedstuffs for poultry, is presented. In the time interval from 2001 to 2005, 798 samples were analyzed on different anticoccidials. 44 samples (5.5 %) were non-compliant. Most often they did not comply due to residues of anticoccidials which should not be present (19 samples), in 17 samples the concentration of an anticoccidial was lower than declared, in 4 samples the concentration of an anticoccidial was higher than declared, and in 4 samples an anticoccidial that was not declared was detected.
