The contribution analyzes the structural and procedural changes in agriculture and self-governing territorial units. Those analyzing the changes in the phase from 2004-2006 and after 2006. Particular attention is paid to implementation of the common agricultural policy and financial instruments in the agriculture sector and rural land. In the final stage indicates background to solving non-steady status and impact of the global financial crisis on agriculture.
