The aim of this work was detect addition cow milk in sheep milks with application of PCR method. In line with set the target are practised laboratory analysis of 8 wilfullly falsified samples milks. The samples was prepared dilution of sheep milks with cow milks. Detection presence cow milks was performance using of PCR methods, which are determination detecting limit for chosen method. Addition cow milk was detected in lowest representation at sample number 4, where to have been additional 0,01% cow milk.
