Studies and conparison the effect of organic fertilizer and organic pellet fertilizer on soil properties and soil structure. The Chinese Kale production was controled the soil preperation and mulching. For conparisons the phyiscal and chemical properties of soil as follow, soil stucture, organic mater, electrical conductivity, soil thinness, permeabilty, evapolation, solid suspension and groundwater quality. The result of this experiment after harvested as follow 1) bulk density of mulching treament was lower than non-mulching treament (1.21 g/cubic cm and 1.29 g/cubic cm, respectively). Total porosity of using organic fertilizer treament (33.4 percent) and mulching treament (34.0 percent) were more than organic pellet fertilizer treament (30.8 percent) and non-mulching treament (30.5 percent). However, after experiment, plantations using organic fertilizer was increased the soil permeabilty rate.
