Study on effects of fertilizer types on growth and yield of baby corn cv. CP.B46 in organic farming systems was conducted at Prince of Songkla University, Pattani Campus. Four different kinds of organic fertilizersfermented chicken manure, fermented cow manure, grass compost and rice straw compost were used at a rate of 170 kgN/ha in order to compared with chemical fertilizer (conventional method). The results showed that fermented chicken manure gave the highest young ear weight of unhusked young ear weight, husked young ear weight and young ear weight standard Size, 532 and 393 kg/rai respectively. There was no significant difference of the yield of plants received grass compost442 and 323 kg/rai respectively. There were the lowest yields of baby corn received fermented cow manure, straw compost and chemical fertilizer. In addition, chicken manure also gave other good characteristics, such as ears/plant, days of first harvest and plant height.
