To study the effects of chicken manure (CM,in ton/rai), gypsum (G,in kg/rai) and chemical fertilizers (F,in kg/rai) on root yield and starch content of cassava planted on Warin soil series. The results indicated that for Warin soil series, all treatments did not statistically significantly affect cassava root yield, root starch content and stem + leaf fresh weight. Nevertheless, they tended to increase cassava root yield R72(4,156 kg/rai) over than HB60(4,001 kg/rai). The result from applied the chicken manure, gypsum, and chemical fertilizers were effected to the average of fresh root yield between cultivars was significantly. The treatment applied chemical fertilizers rate 50 kg/rai and chicken manure 1,000 kg/rai gave maximum root yield of 4,565 kg/rai as compared with the control plots where cassava root yield was the lowest (2,862 kg/rai). Root starch content of Huay Bong 60 was greater (24.7 percent) than Rayong 72(20.30 percent). Similar result was also observed for stem + leaf fresh weight where Huay Bong 60 was greater (2,312 kg/rai) than Rayong 72 (1,538 kg/rai).
