Indigenous vegetables production for commercial was studied in Ubon Ratchathani province during October 2007-September 2008. It was found that 9 indigenous vegetables were planted for commercial namely cowslip creeper (Telosma minor Craib.), rice paddy herb (Limnophila aromatica (Lam.) Merr.), asiatic pennywort (Centella asiatica (L.) Urban), sponge gourd (Luffa cylindrica (L.) M. J. Roem.), eryngo (Eryngium foetidum L.), pak pai noi, cleome (Cleome gynandra Linn.), kitchen mint (Metha cordifolia Opiz.) and galangal (Alpinia galanga Swartz) with an average prices of 61.0, 9.4, 12.6, 5.7, 31.6, 25.0, 8.0 and 11.6 baht/kg, excepted galangal was sold at 3.7 baht/bundle. It was found that rice paddy herb gave the highest net income (260,520.0 baht/year) followed by asiatic pennywort (176,995.0 baht/year), kitchen mint (108,981.0 baht/year), cowslip creeper (82,000.0 baht/year), sponge gourd (47,443.0 baht/year), galangal (39,400.0 baht/year), eryngo (35,108.0 baht/year), pak pai noi (34,260.0 baht/year) and cleome (31,230.0 baht/year), respectively.
