chinois. 用美国产CCM-200型手持式叶绿素计和分光光度计法对15份玉米材料叶色值和叶绿素含量进行了测定。结果表明，两种方法测定的结果经相关分析和显著性检验，确定了叶色值分别与叶绿素总含量、叶绿素A、叶绿素B、其它叶绿素、叶绿素MB之间的最佳相关方程。证明用CCM-200叶绿素计测量玉米叶片中叶绿素含量快速、准确、无伤害，有利于多项研究平行进行。[著者文摘]
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. CCM-200 reading value and chlorophyll content of 15 maize materials were determined by CCM-200 chlorophyll meter and spectrophotometer in this experiment. According to two methods, the best functions between CCM-200 reading value and chlorophyll content were set up. And the method of chlorophyll content fast measured in maize was established. It＇s a fast, correct and no harm method in measuring the chlorophyll content of maize with CCM-200 chlorophyllmeter, and it is benefit to other research.
