Studies on antiaging effects of honokiol in mice

chinois. 为研究和厚朴酚延缓小鼠的衰老作用，采用抗应激～耐缺氧、负重游泳试验观察小鼠的耐缺氧和游泳时间；检测小鼠正常组织在自氧化和半胱氨酸一硫酸亚铁激发氧化时MDA的生成量。结果表明：高剂量10．00mg]（kg・d）与低剂量2．00mg／（kg・d）组的和厚朴酚均能提高小鼠的耐缺氧能力（P〈0．01），极显著延长小鼠游泳时间（P〈0．01）；高剂量组（1．12×10. 3mol／L）和厚朴酚能够明显抑制小鼠心、脑、肝匀浆的体外过氧化脂质氧化产物的生成（P〈0．01），并据此说明和厚朴酚可调节小鼠机体对应激刺激的反应能力，增强机体耐受力，抑制脂质过氧化作用，从而达到延缓衰老的目的。[著者文摘]
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. This paper tested the time of tolerant hypoxia and swimming of mice, examined the MDA content to identify the oxidation level. The results showed two dose 2.00 mg/（kg・ d）, 10.00 mg/ （kg・ d） of honokiol could obviously prolong the survival time （ P 〈 0.01 ） and the swimming time of mice （P〈0.01）. The high dose （1.12 ×10. 3 mol/L） of honokiol could reduce the MDA content in homogenated heart, brain and liver （P 〈 0.01）. All experiment results mentioned above show honokiol can regulate the reaction ability of stress, increase the tolerance and inhibit effect on lipid peroxide, thus achieving desirable antiaging effects.
