Genetic analysis of resistance of the wheat cultivar ‘Zhongliang 22 ' to stripe rust

chinois. 采用常规杂交方法,以陇南重要小麦生产品种‘中梁22号’作母本,感病品种‘铭贤169’作父本进行杂交,在F2代材料苗期分别接种条锈菌单孢菌系‘条中32号’、‘水14’、‘水7’和‘水4’.抗性遗传结果表明:对‘条中32号’,F2代植株抗感分离比为24∶390,符合理论比1∶15;对‘水14’,F2代植株抗感分离比为46∶341,符合理论比9∶55;对‘水7’,F2代植株抗感分离比为190∶225,符合理论比7∶9;对‘水4’,F2代植株抗感分离比为212∶151,符合理论比9∶7,经卡方测验上述结果均符合理论结果.据此推知‘中梁22号’对‘条中32号’的抗性由2对隐性抗性基因控制,‘水14’由2对显性抗性基因和1对隐性抗性基因控制,‘水7’由2对隐性互补抗性基因控制,‘水4’由2对显性累加抗性基因控制.[著者文摘]

Adopting conventional hybrid approach, the important wheat cultivar ‘Zhongliang 22’ in the Southern Gansu of China as the female parent was hybridized with the susceptive cultivar ‘Mingxian 169’ as the male parent,so as to study the resistance inheritance of wheat Cultivar ‘Zhongliang 22’ in seedling plants inoculated with the strains of stripe rust (Puccinia striiforrnis West. f. sp. tritici) including ‘CY32',‘Shui 14',‘Shui 7' and ‘Shui 4’. The results showed that when testing with ‘CY32',the segregation ratio of resistance to susceptibility of F2 generation from ‘Zhongliang 22’/‘Mingxian 169’ cross were 24 : 390,fitting expected values 1 : 15. In test with the race ‘Shui 14' ,the segregation ratio of resistance to susceptibility of F2 generation were 46 : 341 ,fitting the expected values 9:55. In test with the race ‘Shui 7’, the segregation ratio of resistance to susceptibility of F2 generation were 190 : 225, fitting the expected values 7 : 9. In test with the race ‘Shui 4’ ,the segregation ratio of resistance to susceptibility of F2 generation were 212 : 151 ,fitting the expected values 9 : 7. Through examined by Chi-squared test,the results above all fit the expected values. Judging from this,the resistance of the cultivar ‘Zhongliang22’ to the race ‘CY32'was controlled by two pairs of recessive genes. The resistance of the cultivar tO the race ‘Shui 14’was controlled by two pairs of dominant genes and a pair of recessive gene. The resistance of the cultivar to the race ‘Shui 7' was controlled by the resistance complementary action of two pairs of recessive genes. The resistance of the cultivar to the race ‘Shui 4 'was controlled by the resistance accumulation action of two pairs of dominant genes.
