chinois. 以4(3H)喹唑酮含量为指标,采用正交试验考察药材粒度(A)、乙醇浓度(B)、超声提取时间(C)和溶剂倍量(D)4个因素对超声提取大青叶中有效成分4(3H)喹唑酮的影响,以筛选超声提取4(3H)喹唑酮的最佳工艺.结果表明:超声提取的最佳工艺条件为A3B3C1D1,即80目的药材粒度,用9倍量的70%乙醇超声提取20 min.[著者文摘]

The content of 4(3H)quinazolinone was used as index to evaluate the results of ultrasonic extraction of 4 (3H)quinazolinone from Folium isatidis in orthogonal experiment,in which 4 factors considered were the size of materials(A) ,the concentration of alcohol (B) ,the ultrasonic extraction time(C) and the solvent volume(D). The results indicated that the optimal conditions of ultrasonic extraction were A3 B3 C1 D1 : scatterring medical material into 80 20rains in ultrasonic extraction. The ultrasonic um isatidis in shorter time with less energy. powders, using 9 times of 70 % alcohol and lasting for extraction can extract more 4(3H)quinazolinone from Folium isatidis in shorter time with less energy.
