Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. The effects of different phytohormones composition in MS and 1/2MS medium on regeneration induction of Fritillaria przewalskii bulbs were studied in this paper. The results showed that the optimal composition of hormones which induced regeneration from bulbs were MS and 1/2 MS medium supplemented with NAA 2 mg・L. 1, 2,4-D 2mg・L. 1, 6-BA 0.5 mg・L. 1, IBA 0. 5 mg・L. 1 and KT 0. 2 mg・L. 1. The inductivity of two mediums were 60 0% and 56. 67%.
