chinois. 对盆栽烤烟‘8277’与‘农大202’喷施外源激素GA3与ABA,研究其对烟草叶片钾素累积效应的影响.结果表明:喷施一定浓度的GA3(100 mg・L. 1)促进了烟草叶片内源激素GA3与IAA的合成,且促进了各个时期烟草叶片中的相对含钾量,对‘8277’效果更为明显;喷施GA3在一定程度上抑制了烟草成熟期各个部位烟叶绝对含钾量的提高;喷施一定浓度的ABA(20 mg・L. 1)抑制了烟草叶片中内源激素IAA与GA3的合成,2个供试品种喷施ABA后各个时期叶片相对含钾量均显著低于对照,但ABA增加了2个供试品种成熟期各部位烟草叶片的干物质量,提高了成熟期叶片中的绝对含钾量.[著者文摘]

The effect of exogenous GA3 and ABA treatment on endogenous hormone content and potassium accumulation was investigated in the tobacco leaves strains 8277 and ND202 grown in pots.The results showed that GA3at 100 mg・L. 1 increased the content of endogenous IAA and GA3,and enhanced the relative potassium content during all the development periods,especially in strain 8277.GA3 treatment inhibited the increasing of absolute potassium content in leaves of all the layers during ripening period.ABA at 20 mg・L. 1 restrained the synthesis of endogenous IAA and GA3,both strains had a lower relative potassium content.ABA treatment increased the dry substance and the absolute potassium content in leaves of all the layers during ripening period in two strains.
