chinois. 以韩国品种小南瓜(Cucubita moschata Poiret)‘香栗’为试验材料,在冀西北高原砂质栗钙土上,用不同浓度的2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(简称2,4-D)处理小南瓜未授粉的雌花花柱、幼果或果柄,研究2,4-D对小南瓜结籽特性和果实品质的影响。结果表明:不同浓度2,4-D处理小南瓜的不同部位,使其产量和平均单果重降低;用50 mg/kg 2,4-D处理小南瓜的花柱,利于增加果肉干物质含量;用79 mg/kg 2,4-D处理小南瓜的幼果,能抑制籽粒的正常发育;用50 mg/kg 2,4-D处理小南瓜的果柄,能显著提高Vc含量;用50 mg/kg 2,4-D处理小南瓜的花柱对增加β-胡萝卜素含量效果较好。[著者文摘]

A field experiment was conducted in Northwest of Hebei plateau to study the effects of seed setting characteristics and fruit quality in pumpkins to treat unpollinated pistillate flower style, young fruit or fruit stem with 2,4 - D at different concentrations. The results showed that the yield and average fruit weight decreased with 2,4- D at different concentrations for different positions; flesh of dry material content increased with 2,4 -D at 50 mg/kg to treat style; normal development of grain inhibited with 2,4 - D at 79 mg/kg to treat young fruit; enhanced Vitamin C content remarkably with 2,4 -D at 50 mg/kg to treat fruit stem; increased β- carotene content with 2,4 -D at 50 mg/kg to treat style.
