Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. To obtain the main functional components from lotus leaves by surfactants. Effects of extraction solvent, the surfactant concentration, time, temperature and solid solvent ratio on extraction yields of polysaccharide from lotus leaves were determined individually. The quadratic regression rotational combination design with three factors was used to optimize the extract process and the extraction rate of flavonoids from lotus leaves was chosen as the evaluating index. After optimizing the combination of different factors by computer, the results showed that the optimum extraction parameters were as follows:temperature 74. 8-6.5 ℃ ,time 38-43 min and proportion of material and liquid 1 :25-1:28. In this research the interactive effects between different measures are also studied, which provide scientific basis for determining the content of flabonoids in lotus leaves.
