chinois. 为探讨乙烯利对甘蔗抗旱性的影响,以2个抗旱性不同的甘蔗品种ROC22和ROC16为试材,沙培育苗至苗期茎高约25cm,采用含10%聚乙二醇6000(PEG6000)的Hoagland营养液进行模拟干旱胁迫处理,并同时进行干旱胁迫处理条件下叶面喷施乙烯利处理,处理不同时间段采叶样,研究甘蔗幼苗在干旱胁迫与乙烯利处理下叶片中类黄酮含量及相关酶活性的变化。结果表明,乙烯利处理可提高2个品种甘蔗幼苗叶片聚乙二醇胁迫一定时期的类黄酮含量,并使聚乙二醇胁迫处理引起的苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性降低恢复到对照水平;乙烯利处理能诱导聚乙二醇胁迫下ROC16品种甘蔗叶多酚氧化酶与过氧化物酶活性增强。[著者文摘]

To analyze the effect of ethephon treatment on the drought resistance of the plants,the changes of the content of flavonoids and several related enzyme activities in sugarcane leaves were studied under drought stress and ethephon treatment to analyze the effect of ethephon on the drought resistance of sugarcane using two sugarcane cultivars ROC22 and ROC16 with relatively high and low drought resistance,which were cultivated in sand bed until their stem were about 95 cm high. The plants were treated with ethephon and nutrient solution containing 10% polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG6000) for simulating drought stress, then taking samples of leaf at different treated stages respectively. The results showed that the ethephon treatment increased the contents of flavonoids at the special time of PEG stress and altered the decreased phenylalanine ammonialyase activity to the control level. Moreover, the ethephon treatment significantly increased the activities of polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase in the leaves of ROC16 under PEG stress.
