Effects of different boron application methods on changes of potassium content in soil and flue-cured tobacco leaf | 不同施硼措施对植烟土壤钾素变化及烟叶钾含量的影响

chinois. 以美引烤烟新品种NC297为试材,采用盆栽试验,研究了不施硼肥(CK)、土施硼肥(P0)、上部叶喷施硼(P1)、中部叶喷施硼(P2)、下部叶喷施硼(P3)及上中下三部位叶同时喷施硼(P4)等6个处理对植烟土壤钾素变化及烟叶钾含量的影响。结果显示,不同处理对土壤钾素及烟叶钾含量的影响程度不同,P1对土壤速效钾变化影响最明显,相对应P1处理上部叶钾含量较CK、P0、P2、P3、P4分别高出33%、41%、40%、11%和41%,增量达显著水平。说明.P1处理可以增加烤烟对钾的吸收,以及调控钾更多的向上部叶运输和累积,其他处理则没有类似的效果。[著者文摘]

Effects of different boron(B) application methods including supplying borax into soil before transplanting(P0), foliar spray borax on upper leaf(P1), foliar spray borax on middle leaf(P2), foliar spray borax on lower leaf(P3), and foliar spray borax on whole leaf(P4) on potassium content in soil and in flue-cured tobacco leaf were studied using soil culture in pot and B deficiency as control. Results showed that B application methods had different influence on potassium absorption by tobacco plants and potassium accumulated in leaf. Comparing with other boron application methods(CK, P0, P2, P3, P4), foliar spray borax on upper leaves had a significant effect on potassium content change in soil, and potassium content in upper leaf treated by P1 had a significant increase by 33 %, 41%, 40 %, 11% and 41%, respectively. These showed foliar spray borax on upper leaves could promote potassium absorption by tobacco plant and regulate the direction of potassium transportation to the upper leave, which was not the case for the other boron application methods.
