chinois. 采用PCR-SSCP方法检测PPARGC1A基因第9外显子A1747C位点在通城猪及其杂交群体中的遗传变异,并分析其对胴体性状的影响。猪PPARGC1A基因第9外显子A1747C位点在通城猪(n=24)、瑞典长白猪(n=26)、英国大白猪(n=23)、长大通(n=43)、大长通(n=40)存在多态分布,在长白猪中只有AA基因型。基因型频率分析表明国外品种中CC基因型频率低于国内地方品种;性状关联分析结果表明:CC基因型个体的胸腰椎背膘厚、肩部背膘厚和三点平均背膘厚显著高于AA基因型个体,等位基因C是胸腰椎背膘厚和三点平均背膘厚的增效等位基因。[著者文摘]
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]anglais. The genotypes of locus A1747C at the exon 9 of PPARGC1A gene and its effect on the carcass traits were analyzed by PCR-SSCP in Tongcheng pigs and their crossbreds. The results showed that there were polymorphisms for the locus A1747C at the exon 9 of PPARGC1A gene in Tongcheng pigs (n=24), Swedish Landraee(n= 26), British Large White(n= 23), two three-way crossbreds of Swedish Landrace × (Large White × Tongcheng) (n=43), and Large White × (Swedish Landrace × Tongcheng) (n=40). Only AA genotype was detected in Swedish Landrace. Genotype analysis indicated that the frequency of CC genotype in the foreign varieties is lower than that in domestic varieties. Corre- lation analysis indicated that individuals of the CC genotype had higher backfat at the loin, backfat at the shoulder and average backfat thickness than those of the AA genotype (P〈0. 05). The C allele was a favorable allele of backfat at the loin and average backfat thickness.
