Diets for broilers based in local agroindustrial by-products | Dietas para pollos en ceba a base de subproductos de la agroindustria local

Se utilizaron subproductos locales de la agroindustria como fuente de nutrientes para la alimentación de pollos con los cuales se prepararon tres dietas en las que se incluyeron diferentes niveles (10; 15 y 20%) de levadura Saccharomyces secada al sol con bagacillo de caña de azúcar (LBS) y de polvo de arroz (20; 15 y 10 %), y se completaron con cabecilla de arroz, azúcar, harina de subproductos de la pesca y levadura torula. Las dietas y un testigo a base de pienso comercial fueron ofertadas a cuatro grupos de aves en crecimiento con 21 días de nacidas y peso promedio de 405±10 g distribuidas en un diseño completamente aleatorizado, para estudiar el efecto de las dietas sobre el comportamiento productivo de las aves. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron diferencias significativas (p0.05) en el peso vivo final de los pollos (1962; 1524; 1594 y 1504 g) a favor de la dieta testigo, sin embargo, entre los grupos alimentados con dietas a base de subproductos agroindustriales no hubo diferencias estadísticas, los rendimiento de canal se comportaron en todos los casos de manera semejante (67.02; 66.81; 69.89 y 65.32 %).

Using local agroindustrial by-products as nutrients source for chickens' feeding, there were prepared three diets with different yeast level included (10; 15 and 20%) Saccharomyces dried in sun with bagacillo of sugar cane(LBS) and rice powder (20; 15 and 10%), and completed with rice, sugar, fishing by-products meal and torula yeast . The diets and a witness based in commercial feed were offered to four groups of birds in growth with 21 days old and average weight of 405±10 g. The birds were distributed in a totally randomized design with the objective of studying the diets effect on the birds productive behavior. The obtained results showed significant differences (p 0.05) in the chickens' final live weight (1962; 1524; 1594 and 1504 g) favorable to the witness diet, however, among the groups fed with diets based in agroindustrial by-products there were not statistical differences, carcass yield behaved in all the cases in a similar way (67.02; 66.81; 69.89 and 65.32%).
