The lime potential and degree of base saturation of some Ghana soils

The lime potentials of a number of Ghana soils were found to agree with a semi empirical equation which predicts that the lime potential is a function of the activity of Al(OH)3 as well as the degree of Ca2+ + Mg2+ saturation.
