The author describes the results of chemico-physical characteristics (reducing sugars, sucrose, moisture content, electrical conductivity, free acids and etc.) determination in honey. The analyses of pollen in honey shows botanical diversity of nectar - can to determine from which plants bees have been collected nectar.
