The chemical composition of ashes from brown coal and hard coal in the context of their agricultural utilization

The research proved the high content of calcium and magnesium in ashes of brown and hard coal what creates the possibility of their utilization for the neutralization of the sewage sluges and deacidification of the soils. The high content of phosphorus, potassium, sodium and some micronutrients like boron and molybdenum was found in ash of hard coal. The quantity of heavy metals - copper and nickel are at the same level in both ashes, cadmium and chrome were higher in ash of brown coal, but lead and zinc in ash of hard coal
