The paper shows the influence of different amounts of nitrogen on seed yield and protein content of soybean varieties of different vegetative length and of different breeding companies. Researches were carried out through the field experiments in agroecological conditions of Sumadija (Serbia) Obtained results show that increased use of nitrogen caused increasing of seed yield and seed protein content. The increase was more obvious on the plot which was exposed to the wildlife attacks.
