The aim of this work was to determine genotype/environment interaction of analyzed genotypes with the use AMMI analysis for height of the first side branch in rapeseed. It was found that sources of variation were significant. Year, as a factor showed the highest share in total variation of trials for the tested trait. Genotype UM-11 had the highest value for the tested trait. Genotypes such as UM-12, Artus and B-009, that had high average values for the tested trait, high stability, and that were close to 0 in biplot gaph, are the most interesting for further breeding for the height of the first side branch.
