Under the environmental conditions in the Trstenik vine-growing region during 2007/2009 period was examined yield and quality of three grape varieties Cabernet Franc clones. Clones tested exhibited significant differences in both grape yield and quality, suggesting their different biological yield potential. Final assessment of the value of clones and their possible contribution to Serbia viticulture it is necessary to continue the investigations. Wine making is required and also necessary is to determine the physical and chemical composition of wine, and organoleptic evaluation of them.
