Heavy metals are extremely dangerous for plants, animals and people because of their cumulative and destructive effect. The effect of heavy metals Ni, Cd, and Pb concentrations 10E-4M and 10E-5M on Pb accumulation was tested on 2 willow clones, Salix alba - clone 68/53/1 and Salix nigra - clone 0408. Results showed that both clones posses different level of success in accumulating Pb in different conditions. The highest degree of Pb accumulation in overground plant organs was determined in clone 2 in treatments where only Pb was used, whether the highest degree of Pb accumulation in clone 1 was achieved with combination of treatment.
