Results of test of complex mineral fertilizers (CMF) Akvarin 10 and Akvarin 14 are considered at sea buckthorn Chujskaya reproduction by green shanks. Quantity and yield of sea buckthorn seedlings were estimated. The follow solutions were used: 1) without CMF (control); 2) A10 -0.5% solution (N1g, P0.25 g, K0.5 g per 1 liter of water); 3) A10 – 1.0% (N2, P0.5, K1 g/l); 4) A14-0.5% (N0.85, P0.3, K0.9g/l); 5) A14-1.0% (N1.7, P0.6, K1.8 g/l). Positive influence of a spray dressing on the yield and quality of seedlings is shown. CMF had positive influence on the state of root system of the growing seedlings, in particularly on the length of the main roots. The maximum length was 47.4 and 44.4 centimeters using 4) and 5) solutions. It was 42.1 and 43.6 centimeters using the 2) and 3) solutions. The height of seedlings did not changed greatly from using fertilizers or was left at the level of the control, the bole diameter of seedlings tended to increasing. Complex fertilizer application influenced greatly increasing the number of the resultant seedlings. It increased from 80.8 to 85.0% (the solutions 2) and 3) respectively) and it was higher for the solution 4) than for the 5) one (95.0 against 85.0%). It was concluded that application of fertilizer application of different brands in the form of non-root dressings when reproducing by green shanks provides increasing the yield of seedlings and improving their quality. The maximum income and high profitability (302.3%) were obtained by realizing the planting stock of sea buckthorn when applied CMF A14 in concentration of 0.5%
