The production process of agricultural and livestock production is determined by wide range of inputs and outputs. There are many important random variables, which can be statistically processed. Because of depending on many internal and external factors affecting the production process these processes can not by static. To effectivelly manage the entire process it is necesarry to carefully describe these factors in order to achieve the desired quality of output of this process with suitable statistical deviations. With optimization of the manufacturing process, we are trying to get the real output values in range of optimal values.
