anglais. In that study, impacts of different harvest methods and drying under plastic tunnel were researched on some quality parameters and aflatoxin occuring of dried fig. Acrid figs that collected from the soil as control group, net, duster and plastic canvas that were laid 50 cm higher level from the soil as different harvest methods were used. After that, acrid figs that were fallen into those materials and were dried in plastic tunnel. Finally, some quality parameters and aflatoxin levels were investigated. According to research results, it was carried out that easier and more practic harvest method and harvest period was shorten 50% as to control group with usage of net, plastic and duster canvas in harvesting and drying processes. Drying period was shorten 10% as to control group. It was determined that dried figs which were dried on canvas and in plastic tunnel were more clear, having higher quality (increasing on first quality dried figs by 90-95%, decreasing on scrap (the worst) quality dried figs by 55-60%), brighter and light colour, free of stranger matters contamination like rocks, soils etc. Aflatoxin wasn't prevented completely but it was determined that less aflatoxin to be found on canvas materials as to control group. In respect of drying time, net canvas was obtained rather important period as to control group. Negative impacts of climate factors were prevented with usage of canvas as to conventional harvest and drying methods. It is determined that net canvas is the most succesful material among all materials.

turc. Bu araştırma 2004-2006 yıllarında Erbeyli İncir Araştırma Enstitüsünün kendi bahçesinde yürütülmüştür. Deneme materyali olarak kurutmalık Sarılop inciri, hasat materyali olarak file, plastik, bez branda ile kurutma materyali olarak plastikten yapılmış yüksek tünel kullanılmıştır. Bu proje ile incir ağaçlarının alt kısımlarına topraktan 50 cm. yüksekte bez, ipten örülmüş file ve plastik branda örtü malzemesi serilmesi yöntemiyle, kontrol olarakda klasik yolla incir hasadı yapılmış ve hasat edilen incirler plastik tünelde kerevetlerde kurutulmuştur. Brandalı hasatla buruk haldeki incirin toprağa düşmesi ve toprakla teması önlenmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre brandalar üzerinden hasatla daha kolay ve pratik bir hasat sağlanmış ve hasat süresi kontrol grubuna göre % 50 azaltılmıştır. Kurutma süresi kontrol grubuna göre % 10 kısaltılmıştır. Brandalar üzerinden hasat edilerek tünelde kurutulan incirler kontrol grubuna göre daha temiz, daha kaliteli (birinci sınıf incirde % 90-95 artış, hurda incirde ortalama % 55-60 azalma sağlanmıştır), daha parlak ve beyaz, taş- toprak gibi yabancı maddelerden ari bulunmuştur. Aflatoksin tamamen önlenememiş fakat brandalardan hasat edilen gruplarda kontrol grubundan daha az bulunmuştur. Kurutma süresi açısından file branda hem kontrol grubundan hemde diğer brandalardan erkencilik sağlamıştır. Kurutma esnasında incirin, konvansiyonel hasat ve kurutmasında meydana gelen iklim faktörlerinden olumsuz etkilenme önlenmiştir. Brandalar içinde en başarılı olarak file branda bulunmuştur.
