Перспективи створення діагностикумів до вірусів рослин

anglais. Certain approaches to creation of plant virus diagnosticum kits are developed. Domestic diagnosticum kits to Bromus mosaic virus on the basis of immunoenzymatic assay are created. Elaborated is setting the IC-RT-PCR for the virus of barley striate mosaics, primers are selected to the virus of chlorotic spottiness of apple-tree leaves. It is suggested that developing the domestic plant virus diagnosticum systems on the basis of IFA and PCR not only will cut expenditures of potential consumers (quarantine service, state plant protection service, breeding institutes, seed-testing stations etc.) for setting analyses but will be a necessary step for preventing from spreading virus diseases in Ukraine.
Afficher plus [+] Moins [-]ukrainien. Розроблені підходи до створення діагностикумів до вірусів рослин. Створено власні діагностікуми до вірусу мозаїки бромусу на основі імуноферментного аналізу. Відпрацьовано постановку IC-RT-PCR для вірусу штрихуватої мозаїки ячменю, підібрано праймери до вірусу хлоротичної плямистості листя яблуні. Розробка власних діагностичних систем до вірусів рослин на основі ІФА та ПЛР не лише зменшить витрати потенційних споживачів (карантинна служба, державна служба захисту рослин, селекційні інститути, насіннєві станції та ін.) на постановку аналізів, а й буде необхідним кроком для попередження поширення вірусних захворювань в Україні.
