Кадровий синергізм процесів злиття та поглинання

anglais. The present paper deals with the notion of the potential of personnel synergism. Sources of appearance of said synergism in the process of corporation mergers and acquisitions and its possible manifestations in the process of association of labour collectives are studied. As a result, the synergism in the process of corporation association is found out to appear due to realizing the knowledge potential and skills of each employee. Bringing the mechanisms of manifestation of such a potential into effect takes place on the account of structure changes in a corporation as a whole or in a separate collective, that is as a result of rearranging the collectives. In doing so a kind of recombination of knowledge and relations is possible between members of a collective, that is the synergism itself, and which manifests itself as appearance of new ideas, a new sociopsychological climate, new conditions of collaboration etc.

В статті розглянуто поняття потенціалу кадрового синергізму, досліджено джерела появи синергізму в процесі злиття та поглинання корпорацій та можливі його прояви в процесі обєднання трудових колективів. Синергізм в процесі обєднання корпорацій виникає завдяки реалізації потенціалу знань, вмінь та навичок кожного працівника. Приведення в дію механізмів прояву такого потенціалу відбувається за рахунок структурних змін в корпорації в цілому або в окремому колективі, тобто в результаті перегрупування колективів. При перегрупуванні колективів можлива реком- бінація знань та відносин між членами колективу, яка і є синергізмом, і яка проявляється у вигляді нових ідей, нового соціально-психологічного клімату, нових умов співпраці тощо.
