The investigation was carried out in the experimental fields of Maritsa Institute of Vegetable Crops Plovdiv during the period 2005-2007 Dzimotudis, Kalapchieva, Popov, 2008. The garden pea cultivars of the wrinkled-seed type Pulpudeva, Skinado and Vyatovo were an object of study. Plants were treated at the stage of budding early flowering with RENI and RENI A, applied at the rate of 200 ml/da. Popov, Dzimotudis, 2007. Increased nitrogenase, glutamine synthetase and asparagine synthetase activities and positive interaction among them were established after treatment. The treatment with those products predominately stimulated nitrogen fixation. Different effect of both regulators was established on the different garden pea cultivars. RENI increased nitrogenase, glutamine synthetase and asparagine synthetase activities to a greater degree in cultivars Vyatovo and Pulpudeva, while RENI A exerted a stronger effect in Skinado cultivar.
