Part of irrigation systems in Bulgaria have been built with open canals. The regime of management demand have been applied. The advantages of that regime are based on using accumulated water volume in channel sections. As the result of social-economical changes in our country during last years the agriculture had been endured considerable changes. That combined with climate changes lead to adaptation of built irrigation systems with new conditions. The possibility for applying economical management of water recourse in Bulgaria has been examined at that report. The schemes allow satisfactorily quality of regulation to be achieved by using uncomplicated management systems and appropriate installations.
