The technology of the embryo transplantation means the wide exploitation of the cows as the embryo donors for the maximal number of the descendants receiving. The most important selection criterion is obstetric-gynecologic diseases absence. The embryo productivity of the donor-cows after the reconstruction of their reproductive function is observed. The complex schemes for the normalization of the reproductive system of potential embryo donors with a further induction of multiple ovulations that allow to raise the number of cows (up to 81.3% of the general amount of animals subjected to cure) that are the sources of embryo material are developed. The exploitation of the highly fertile cows after the restoration of their reproductive function as the donors of the embryos allows getting high estimates of superovulation in the technology of cattle embryos transplantation and has no negative influence on the quality of biological material, and the embryo development stage corresponds to the time frameworks of their extraction
