A complex biological estimation of the four formulations of the food dietary supplements (FDS) differing in combinations of their structural vagetative and reproductive organs of Rosaceae, Berberidaceae and Magnoliceae plants has been carried out using the test-system Tetrahymena pyriformis. The dependances "doze-time-effect" in the range of super small, small and toxic concentrations has been examined. The combined effect of the components of FDS has been estimated. The protective properties of the food dietary supplements during the isolated, combined and associated influence of the lead nitrate, sodium nitrite and the ultraviolet radiation have been investigated. The hygienic classification of the toxicity of the damage substances on the Tetrahymena pyriformis has been analyzed. The hygienic classification of the FDS by the toxical evaluation in the acute and chronicle experiment on the Tetrahymena pyriformis has been shown. The combined activity of the FDS on the Tetrahymena pyriformis has been analyzed. The optimum alternatives of the formulations of FDS have been selected. The toxically safe and protectively effective dosages have been grounded.
